Where You Become Whole Again.

Sarah McNamee
BSc. Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist

Andrea Cleaver Sarah is a registered Physiotherapist, graduating from the University of Toronto, in 1993. She has focused on improving her manual therapy skills and delving deeper into understanding the mind-body-feeling connection as it relates to health and disease.

Sarah has been fascinated with studying The Laws of the Universe and Quantum Physics. She has been applying these Laws to her own life and to those that she works with. In January 2021, Sarah graduated from the Sedona School of Massage in Arizona, USA. Attending massage school assisted Sarah to gain a greater understanding of the fascia in the body and how its mobility is the key to health.

The Sedona School of Massage also opened Sarah’s eyes to the necessity of loving one’s own body, mind and feelings to a much deeper level in order to gain health/balance. Like the Buddha, Sarah recognizes that people suffer due to the absence of Love in their lives. She strives to assist her clients to embrace a more Love filled life!

Techniques that Sarah focuses on and utilizes include muscle energy, Cranio Sacral, Quantum Healing, Reiki, Structural Integration/Rolfing and John Barnes Myofascial Release. Sarah’s client driven approach, guides her to apply modalities as each system requires. Her goal is to assist each client to achieve a greater depth of balance in the body-mind-feelings, through accessing their own inner wisdom, balance and sense of wholeness.

Sarah’s main message through her work is that we are our own best healer, and that every solution is already within. She endeavours to support each client to access their own self empowerment. After growing up in Guelph, Sarah lived in the USA for 21 years, raising her daughters in the mountains of Vermont.

Sarah loves to travel and has also lived in Maine, Alaska, BC, Utah and Arizona. She returned to Canada in 2021 to live with her parents, and assit them to navigate their lives through the aging process. Sarah has 2 dogs and 2 beautiful daughters, that she loves to put her hands on and love them up! She also enjoys meditation, listening to beautiful music and walking in Nature. It has been Sarah’s honor to witness the beauty and return to balance of each Being that she comes into contact with.
