Missed Appointments & Non-Emergency Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment fee.
Payment Policy
We accept:
- VISA (Online or In-Person)
- MasterCard (Online or In-Person)
- Debit (In-person)
- E-Transfer
- Cash
- Cheque
Payment is expected at the time services and/or natural medicines are rendered.
Upon payment you will be given a printed or emailed statement including: the treatment type and fee, appointment length, practitioner’s registration number and signature.
Insurance providers usually accept this format for coverage.
Most extended health care plans cover some or all of the naturopathic consultations, osteopathic treatments, psychotherapy sessions, acupuncture treatments & occasionally labs. Be sure to check this out. You may have insurance coverage for these services. However, insurance providers typically do not cover prescribed natural medicines: supplements, herbs or homeopathics.
No Insurance? Individual payment plans available. Please inquire.
Outstanding Balances
Clients with outstanding balances will not receive services or products until the outstanding balance has been received in full.
Pick-Up or Shipment of Natural Medicines
When your ND has prescribed a supplement, herbal or homeopathic medicine and you have been instructed to continue the prescription until your next follow-up but run out of it before then, please call or email the clinic to provide you with a refill — 519-821-1999 clinic@healingfoundations.ca
